Child Health Issues

Hi. My son is 5 years old and from last 4days he is suffering from stomach pain. Prior to that he was having cough from almost one month and still has cough. His Dr. Has prescribed asthalin and budecot repsules  for nebulising. We even consulted the Dr for stomach pain and he was just prescribed crocin for it. This morning he was suffering from stomach pain and passed motion 4 5 times, 2 times it was loose motion and after that it was like a slimy white mucus with red spots.. is this something to worry about. ? He is been passing white and red motion for 4 times now.

My son is 3 and half months old always keeps his head to right side. He turn his head up to centre and not to left side. He can hold his head partially. Is this to be taken seriously or he will turn to left side slowly ?

My daughter is 2.8 years old but her weight is constant 9.6 kg from many months. But she is active and playful. And also her body is very lean. Is it normal or do I need to do anything. Kindly suggest.

My baby is 11 months old. He is not drinking water . For the past three weeks he is not drinking water , I introduced water through feeding bottle, cup, glass, through filler . Nothing works. I'm giving him food in semi solid consistency to keep him hydrated. Apple puree etc. He doesn't want water.my breast milk supply is low , I feed him 4 times a day.. He urinates more than 5 times (low volume and normal volume) . But poop is like rock hard. Does this cause any problem? Should I take him to hospital immediately??

Hi Doctor, My baby is 53 days old. 3 days back 6 week vaccine is given from then baby is passing motion after breast feeding. Like when ever baby is taken breast milk motion is passed. May i know the reason please i am bit worried about this. Before vaccine there is no heavy motions after vaccine motions are more. Please advise on this issue asap
