Baby for 9.5 months
Hello Doctor,
My 9.5 months old baby is having hard poop at the beginning and later it is normal. Currently I am feeding him meal four times a day along with breastfeeding, vegetable soup and fruits(Banana,Sapota, Pomegranate) . Could you please suggest, why it is happening?

Variations in consistency of poop are normal in the first year.
Next Steps
Ensure leafy vegetables in diet, and give fibrous food in diet
Improve water intake. Atleast a few sips of water every 2-3 hourly.
