Hi, Regarding our baby boy Vaccination When should we vaccinate  42nd day or 49th day? Our Nurse suggested to take it after 45days whereas everywhere in internet it is said 6weeks, Can I know is it okay to vaccinate on 49th day(7 weeks). Is taking government provided Vaccination is good ? Regards,

My baby is 13 month old and she her ankles are bent inwards, she started walking last 2 months, we went to a orthopaedic doctor on the reference of our paediatrician, he suggested wearing shoes and also switching shoes between left and right foot for the baby, he said she will out grow it as her ligaments are not fully formed, please help I am worried , what type of shoes should I buy, what other treatment can I give, he said he is not seeing any issues, what should we do, I have attached a picture of her legs
