Child Health Issues

My baby is having a fever of 102. I am giving him paracetamol drop 28 drops every four to five hours. But the temperature is reducing. Please suggest some alternative

Hi my son was born on 13th June 23, his blood test show low platelet count(47k) so he was treated with ivig as the doctors predicted there might be some antibodies after the first dose it increased to 60k then again decreased In a week, so we did another dose of ivig again same thing happened count raised to 81k and again reduced, again we took a third dose after a week now no test for antibodies were taken after we asked the hsptl many times they took the report and antibodies came negative we asked a hematologist he said there seems to be no issue in blood getting created otherwise there might be a drop in blood count too now they ask us to wait for 4 more weeks, what to do now should I take him to some other hsptls is there any other tests which we can take to tell us why the count is not increasing

My 7yr old  son had fever 6days back.it lasted fot 2 days.then he had pain in legs that was fine after 1 day.now today on 6th day he has developed rashes in hands palms,feet and face also.other wise he is active.pls tell me what can it be? Is it serious?

How we can know that new born baby is getting proper breast milk from mother and his requirements of milk is full filling or not?
