Child Health Issues

My son is 5 years old , weighs 21.6 kg, from Tuesday onwards he has green loose  muscus stool , vomiting and fever also, doc give Xintof-m , ondem, neopeptine, after 4days the muscus is till there , but there is little bit blood in the muscus while doing finishing the toilet , we started giving econorm  , doctor changed the medicine give Diof , and Tummy Soft syrup stopped econorm, but yesterday night he got fever again though no fever last 3days , one or two times showing little bit  blood in the muscus not everytime , he has consistent dry cough from yesterday. . The frequency of potty is more in the morning . Feeling worry now, how many days it stays ??Pic attached

Hi my baby is 11 days old having cold and cough, cold is little bit subsided but he is coughing a lot sometimes, I can notice phlegm coming out, showed to our paediatrician he said to give nebuliser 5 times a day as you can't give medication at this time, anyone can please suggest what dietary thing I can have , heard having rice can also cause cough in babies, also important thing after my c section I suffered from cough, which I believe is passed on to my baby, what remedy can I take to make sure his cough is gone soon and is this serious??

My 4 wk baby has developed some rash on fold of neck on left side. It appears fungal Pls suggest remedies We tried coconut oil yest but it seems to have increased today

Hello doctor ! My baby boy's age 5 months. I noticed several times when he is passing urine he give pressure like constipation. Not everytime but I noticed 6/8 times. He is wearing Huggies. Is it normal? Please help

My baby is 8months old..he is constipted and for last two days little small fresh red blood streaks in his poop..we give him rice moong dal carrot mixed with coconut milk in the morning session ..after noon we give him either a 1/4th portion of egg yoke or one kannan banana(not raw) and in yhe night ragi mixed with coconut milk...which among the above is making him constipated..which food i should avoid for constipation and which one i should include

Respective Sir/madam, Daughter was born on 9th September and is 9 days old. Had been administered with BCG, Hepatitis Vac and Vitamin K. From the past night, she was sneezing and there is little cold & cough symptoms. As it's a sunday today, unable to approach a specialist and hence requesting here to please intimate what to be given for relaxing from sneezing, cold/cough.
