My 3 year one month baby suffering from fever with cough and cold, we have gone for travelling 3 days, when we reach home my 3 year baby get severe cold, sneezing, runny nose, it's feet , pal feel very cold, and ater some timebaby gets high temp, next day baby temp became 104.9 with severe cough cold, but when we give paracetamol 250mg  mefanamic acid 5ml after consulting primary care doctor baby temp down but cold sneezing there, doctor also prescribe clavam syrup, butbay do not take that, but again temp came high, but then temp low 101,102 but after giving clavam baby has temp 99,now baby taking clavap and solvin cold, is it ok, or we should do baby blood test, I am worried if my baby get dengue, only babyvomits 3 times in 3 days fever, once per day, no loose motion, only cold and flue symptoms,

My son was suffering from fever for the last twenty days and after multiple diagnosis tests, the doctor recommended 2d echo. Today the cardiologist concluded that he is suffering from Kawasaki Disease and needs to be on igim. We started with ivig but as a parent, I am concerned about the side effects of ivig and the severity impact of Kawasaki Disease. His only symptom is fever. Also, I would like to know if we are delayed in starting the treatment as we started the treatment after 20 days of fever. Also, how soon he can resume normal activities.
