Fever after vaccination
Baby is 2.5 month old. Yesterday he had vaccination. At evening i gave paracetamol at 7 pm and after that today in morning at 6.30 am. Yesterday at night temperature was normal. But within 3 to 4 hrs he got fever. Maine medicine bahot late di kya? Temperature was 99.5 in the morning. I am worried.

No you did not give it late. It is recommended to give medicine only if child has a fever.
