Can I use thrombophob use at vaccination site as it is almost a month and we are still seeing/feeling the clot at vaccination site. Baby is 3.5 months old.

Hi, I am having one half year girl baby. Yesterday afternoon she slept after waking up she is telling knee pain. She is not able to bend her knee. She is not able to walk properly. She is crying a lot when we touches her knee. She doesn't fall down anyware. But not understanding why she is getting pain. I have applied coconut oil and castor oil but no use. I have applied vicks vaporub also but still she is getting pain. Please help me what to do, she is not able to turn while sleeping because of pain. She is not able to sleep whole night properly. Please suggest what to do. Its very urgent.
