My baby is 8months old 9 kgs had a fever since morning. Gave 1.2ml paracetamol syrup in the span of 5 hrs since morning. Her temperature is still 101. Now she got severe cold with watery eyes. So instead of paracetamol I gave Maxtra 0.2ml. Her cold is ok now. But the temperature is still high. When should I give paracetamol now?

At least a gap of 4 hrs to be maintained between two doses of Paracetamol. Usually we don't need to give more than 6 to 8 hourly.
The dose of Paracetamol for your baby would be between 100 to 125 mg per dose. Check that also. Maybe your are underdosing her.
