My baby is 4 months 20 days old she is not rolling to right side and she is not rolling back from tummy to back from both sides

From 3 days my kid is getting loose motions. I had given z+ d drop & Entromax . Still she is having. Please suggest any medicine. Thanks in advance.

My baby is 7month old and weigh 7120gms..he is having green watery stools 2-3times a day..and also have cold and cough for cough am giving AMBROXOL HYDROCHLORIDE 0.5ml thrice..in morning after having rice porridge he coughed and coughed and finally vomitted the entire food..now am tensed..can i give him ORS ..how to mix ORS for 7month baby..is this green watery poop due to cold or is it due to hind foremilk imbalance?
