Hello Doctor, My baby is 20 days old. Most of the times while baby sleeping sound is coming from nose. No runny rose or cold. Can I give her nasal saline drops? How many days can  I give? Please suggest. Thank you.

My 16 month old child had a fever from Monday night to Friday afternoon last week (all above 100F). Antibiotics started last Wednesday, the medicine course will be completed on Tuesday. From Friday night he did not get any fever again till now. He has his 16th month vaccination - Dtap, IPV, HIB and MR scheduled on Wednesday 1st November. Is it okay for him to take his vaccination or wait for a few more days as he has just recovered. Please advise.

My twin boys are 189 days old, As per vaccination chart we met doctor for 6th month vaccination and they were administered Influvac tetra 2023 as per sticker shared by doctor . After coming home we checked the chart which states Flu 1 typhoid tcv. Does Influvac tetra 2023 includes typhoid vaccine as well or is it something different to be injected separately? When he was 13 months old (in march) as per pediatrician suggestion gave "Bandy plus suspension" (5 ml) only 1 time  and got to know that  to give it after 6 months. So my question is can I give the same Seal opened medicine now in october that to after almost 8 months after opening the medicine bottle? Please suggest.

Hello Doctor, I have 2 kids. Elder one 20 months and younger is new born 22 days. So today unintentionally, due to absence of mind like that I gave Dexolac 1 to my 20 months son. He usually daily drinks cow milk at day time + food and at night Dexolac 4. "Is it fine to give Dexolac 1 to grown up baby?" Please suggest. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, My son is 20 months old. From 1 month while passes urine he forcefully urinating. He applies pressure in stomach. Sometimes he forcefully  urinates and sometimes he passes normally. Is this normal? Please suggest.
