Child Health Issues

Hello respected doctors. My little girl 4 year 6 month old. Her weight is 17 kg. During some days she is suffering from some red swelling rashes lite mosquito bites in body. When I ask what bitten her she says mosquito & ants. Sometimes rashes come in legs hands &  in back but not very much but it's itchy. It's disappear after some hours but Leave a tiny scars in those places. I gave her 2ml atarax syrup. I attached the picture of rashes. Plz help.

Age 5 years Weight 17 kgs Last year used inhaler levolin and Budicort upto feb 2023 From feb no medicines he is ok. From yesterday Mild cough started And prbpm 145 to 160 ..?  Any problem or ok..? Statred levolin inhaler. 11am.

I have accidentally given 10ml of maxtra Drops to my 13 month old baby (11 kg/78 cm) instead of 2 ml in a day. I gave two doses of 5ml in a gap of 8 hrs. Will this harm my baby's organs in any way? Will her liver and kidney be affected? I got confused between maxtra Drops and syrup and hence the blunder. I'm really worried. The baby however seems active and normal. But I'm worried if there would be any long term damage to her organs because of this overdose. Kindly help with your suggestion. Thanks

My son is suffering from neck sprain from yesterday morning as soon as he got up from sleep...he is not able to move one side of his neck or tilt it backwards, at present giving him Ibugesic plus 5 ml twice a day for pain, need to know whether any other medicine is required for his recovery as he is keeping his neck one side tilted due to pain...

Hi, I am trying to express milk (I am breast feed mom of 6 month old baby) through electric pump. But during 1 session I am only able to express 30 ml at max. I usually express 1 hour after or before the feed. Just after breastfeed, if I try to express, I don't get much. It's just 3-4 drops. But when I press my breast after expression, milk flows out of the breast very easily. Even if just after expression, my baby breastfeed easily. So don't think I have low supply. So not able to understand why pump is not able to express the milk. How I can express more milk during each session? Using avent electric pump. Want to increase my baby weight with this extra expressed milk. As he seems to be only feeding small portion in one session of breastfeed.
