He has given JE 2 vaccine on Monday 2 pm. Is it possible that fever comes after 2 days of vaccination (Thursday)? He has 100 f fever today

Hi, My son 5 years old is having high viral fever. It is around 102 to 103 Fahrenheit. We tried giving paracetamol 250mg but fever comes back within 3 hours. We live in abroad and emergency doctor over call said to give ibuprofen. Should this be given alone or should this be given with paracetamol. We are unable to reach the doctor who prescribed. Please clarify. Thanks.
