Hello doc, My daughter is 12 years old her weight is 51 kgs . she had fever and it was reaching 103 .The doc had asked for blood and urine test meanwhile the next day she got throat infection ( which I think could be because of continuous head bath and sponging due to fever) and doc prescribed microcef 200Dt  tab daily twice...after a day urine report came and then he prescribed L cin 500 tab once daily for 10 days. Now my concern is can I give 2 different antibiotics together .I am attaching urine report please once go through it and let me know the level of infection  . Waiting for your reply 🙏

Hello doctor, My son born on 22nd August at 36 weeks 4 days gestation with birth weight 2.1 kgs. On 24th, Bilirubin level was 8.4. Yesterday the value was 13.8. Kindly suggest if phototherapy is needed for him and what has to be done further. Thanks a lot for your suggestions. Attaching yesterdays report.

When my son have fruits or vegetables like dragon fruit papaya carrot like that the stool is also coming in the same colour of the food intake and the same texture. So I'm worried that is it being digested or not and the nutrients are been taken by the body or not like that. Please help me in understanding this Thanks.

Hello Dr. I have kid and his age is 2 years. His wait is stable on 8KG from last year.He is very slim and taking any food like daal chawal or chapati.nighter taking any fruits.When if I am something else giving him with lots of pressure then he is starting voimeting. Please suggest.

Hello, My daughter is almost 5 years old. She had slight 99 fever in the morning around 12 and then 101.4 in the afternoon around 2.30pm. She has no other symptoms like pain in head, eyes, body, cold, cough, vomiting etc. Could this be dengue or seasonal viral fever. Her paed has prescribed few medicines and says can't be dengue as dengue has high fever. But we are worried. Please help with your inputs. Thank you.

Hello My son was 5 months old now I often notice his bowed legs . Is associated with any dwarfism plz kindly address the issue by my son image

My 5 month baby girl has a sleeping problems. At night he wakes up 2-3 times but at day times when I breastfeeding her she fell asleep. But wakes up every 10-15 minutes. Just like if she sleeps 5 times in a day she wakes up after some minutes. My baby is very playful. Need help.

My kids age is 1 Year 5 months. So far we have given government vaccinations for them and some vaccines which are not available at government side, we went to private hospitals and taken the vaccines there also. Now in 18th month, here at government centres, they are giving DPT 1st booster and OPV booster but not giving HIB 1st booster. So on the day once we have taken DPT and OPV at government centre, can we go to private hospital on the same day to take HIB 1st booster vaccine ? Can some one please clarify on this.

Can toddlers 2.5yrs age have flat foot? Flat foot is more prominent in right foot. Showed to paediatric orthopaedic but doctor did not give any treatment procedure or physiotherapy. Is flat foot normal or is it normal to be more prominent in one feet? How long does it stay? Baby was prematurely born at birth.
