2.5 month old not sleeping

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi my baby used to sleep well in the day and night. From last few days she's not sleeping well and only sleeping in swing or in arms when moving As soon as we place her down she wakes up in 10 min and gets fussy. She is feeding well. Does environment change cause this? Or is it sleep regression. She has started mild head control
