My 1 month old baby is sometimes coughing and sneezing and also there is discharge of tears. She is feeding well and urine/stools are fine. Should I be worried? What can we do?

Hello doctor , My baby is 13 month old 1 month back he had acute bronchitis. Now he is fine . while crying sometime he cough . But his nose blocked during sleep time morning amd nighy .We are not using fan also. I hear gur gur sound . Please help us what I should do. His weigh 9.5kg. Height 74 cm Giving iron drops thats it. A late preterm baby (BW-2.2kg) was started with Similac Plus at the hospital. He wasnt gaining weight, therfore the parents shifted him to Pre nan, whixh helped in weight gain and suited him. Now, that the infant is 41 weeks, what should be the next formula supplement- Nan Pro 1, or Nan Excella Pro? Also, Can/Should they go back to Similax Plus again? He is on 30% breast feed and rest formula.

Kid having stomach pain and extreme smelly loose stools. Doctor initial prescribed calpol 250 for pain but later stools started. Shall i give zinc 5ml right away? Hi, my daughter is 13 months old (11kg) and loves drinking tender coconut water. She finishes one bottle (240ml) in one go. Can I give coconut water to her daily? Does it have any harm if consumed daily by a baby? Pls advise.
