Baby is not gaining weight what to do she is drinking properly and sleeping too for few weeks she was awake the whole night but know she is sleeping also

Hi..My baby is 65 days old..he is not urinating  at night for   11 hours...In daytime his urine count is normal(more than 10 times a day)..Is this normal or should i get checked with my pedeatrician immediately? Why this sudden change in baby for past 2 days?

Hi sir, my daughter is got vaccinated 2 days back, since then she is not eating well. Can someone please suggest what we have to do.we tried her feeding with spoon and bottle. Sometime she is spitting out the milk from mouth and nose..plz help
