For my 3 months baby make gora gora sound I showed to pidiastric..he told little cough is there so given syrup "Ambroxol HCL, Levosalbutamol & Guaiphenedin syrup" if I put this syrup my baby will shek the leg 5sec s ..what to do ..he told to give nebulizer to child it's good ...plz answer why he shakes the leg

Dear doctor, My baby is 2.5 years old...since yesterday suddenly he is facing cough problem..alot of cough is congested also his voice is going low so doctor suggested for nebuliser for 3 days and provide medicine imol for temprature as  azee 3.5ml, syp respicure..also there are other 2 med...but due to this he is not eating anything also he is not drinking water...now temperature is not there since 15 hrs ..in cough also slightly improved but he is not at all eating anything..he is drinking water little...urine output is 4-5 times normal...pls suggest something so that he can eat...he only like chocolate...pls help

10 month old baby boy , he is 9.5 kg weight. He doesn't had breastfeeding properly his mother had not enough of it. He was on formula milk from starting He born in 8 month and weight 2.4kg. He eat properly and his overall growth is ok. But he get cold and fever very often. He eat normally but doesn't sleep like in full 24 hours he only sleep 7 or 8 hours. In night he wake up in every hour and some day in every 30 min. He feel hot every time want full speed fan but catch cold easily. And his sleep is very weak easily disturbs. He doesn't sleep always wake up. Plz 🙏 say it is normal or not. He is playfull and crawling properly eating properly. Have 6 teeth. Suggest something so that he can relax and get proper sleep.
