Baby did not pee since 5hrs
Hi my baby is 2.5months, normally pees a lot in evening but today he did not pee much whole day might 3-4 times since morning, because I put diaper so I am not able to count, now since 1pm till now he has not pee, when should I worry, I did feed him in between, he is been sleeping since 4, and I have removed diaper since then till now he is not wet his pants(he always pees a lot in evenings)today he hasn't peed.

Hello ma'am...is your baby feeding well ? Is he crying unnecessarily out of the ordinary? Kindly observe his peeing behaviour and feed him adequately if he is able to take feeds without discomfort...if not , kindly connect so that he can be examined and diagnosed if any ailments are there.

Does have fever, or has his feeds decreased in quantity, any episode of vomit- you can suspect urine infection. If no symptoms- sometimes it happens, so when he wakes up, massage his lower abdomen softly, they do pee later
