Child Health Issues

My son 5yrs was having fever from sat evening with cold and cough and it was 8hhrs once till tdy morning ..from.tdy morning it was 4 hrs once and it's not coming below 99...please advice only.giving p250

Hello doctor my baby is 1 year 1 month old now...but My child does not drink cow's milk or formula milk.  Drinks only mother's milk.  Will there be any problem? Please reply

My 4-years old daughter fell out of bed 5 days ago and had injuries on her forehead and eyes. There was no bleeding. We immediately put ice on the injured area. But her forehead turns red and black around her eyes. She did not feel any pain or any other discomfort. What should we do...I enclosed her photo...

Hi doc! My daughter is 57 days old born on 4/8/23 Her birth weight was 3.1kg as of today she is 4.6kg and she is on direct breast feeding feeds regularly 3-4hours once and passes urine 8-10times daily approx but poop she passes sometimes 2-3 times a day sometimes she passes 1 and half day once or 2 days or more it's mustard yellow seedy appearance is there anything I have to worry about...she is not fussy nor cries a lot she sleeps peacefully and tummy time, burping going well I'm worried is she have to pass poop every day or why is this delayed poop .. Please let me know is this normal and explain why it is happening?

Good evening Doctors.. My baby is 3 months 15 days old..She is full formula feed baby...I saw last two month she was doing light colour potty(,pale everytime)..but last 15 days she was doing more whitish...some time clay colour,pale colour poop..we attached her usg and blood test report..please help us.. Is it major issue?What is  the suitable treatment?what to do next?,Is she need more test? Is she became alright? We are very worried.. Her  usg report says Mild Hepatomegaly.. LIVER-Enlarged in size (83 mm approx) Portal vein:Not dilated .Right anterior branch of portal vein anterior wall measures 1.5 mm approx..

My baby is 5month old. His birth weight, height and head circumference are 2.77kg, 48cm and 34cm respectively. Now he is weight 6.8kg, height 63cm and head circumference 44.5cm. All milestones achieved and active. Is everything normal? Attaching his picture. Please guide me.

My 11 month baby fall from bed after which he cried and after feeding BM he vomited a bit and slept, he is playful and active and all normal activities and eating digesting solid food properly  like biscuit and oats. But if giving him BM which I offered in afternoon and night he again vomited and playful . Is it due to indigestion, motion sickness or  as we are on travel or somthing related to fall Plz suggest
