Lip injury
Hello doc...my son is 6 year old fell down today and got little injury on his upper lip ,the lip get swell and little amount of blood came out ,he is uncomfortable due to pain,am attaching his pic plz help me out for this ,thank u

Can give paracetamol orally as per the body weight . Next apply mupirocin ointment locally. Also it is a good idea to get to the nearest emergency whenever possible at the earliest.
