Hi Doctor,
My 6 months old daughter accidentally fell from bed. I am not sure how she fell and where dhe got hurt. She looks completely normal and there are no visible bruises. But i feel so worried, Should I still take her to a doctor.
Please suggest me.

Hello
I understand your concern
Watch for danger signs
If your baby is playful, feeding well, and has no warning signs, no further tests are usually needed.
Allow rest, keep the baby under close observation
Cold compress if there’s a bump
Continue regular feeds
Next Steps
Never leave baby unattended on a bed or sofa — babies roll suddenly at this age.
Use a crib with rails, or place the baby to sleep on the floor mattress.
Avoid placing baby on elevated surfaces, even for a moment.
Health Tips

If your daughter is active and fine it should be ok - a critical period of 6 hours post injury is there and you need to watch for loss of consciousness, vomiting, seizures, weakness in any body part especially the eyes movements. If all good, it’s very reassuring,
You can watch more for all these for total 48 hours and then we are clear
Sutures in babies are open and skull is soft - mostly the brain is protected by cushioning during tiny falls. But that doesn’t mean we are not careful!
Ideally let the child sleep on a floor mattress or in a cot with guard rails. A head injury at this age can have lasting effects for life
Next Steps
Watch a total of 48 hours as advised. If any symptoms are there consult immediately
Health Tips
The baby should sleep on floor mattress or cot with side rails
