My baby is often keeping legs like this.When I googled I see this is symptom of CP.Is there anything abnormal

My son 10 yrs old(28 kg) had fallen ( Saturday)and had a little deep scratch near the left side above him. We should him to doctor and he was given TT and taximom for 3 days. From yesterday all of sudden he has developed more than 2 to 3 mouth ulcers and unable to eat. Plz advice

Is it compulsory to give deworming medicine to babies older than 2yrs? Since my child did not have any problem till now so didn't give any medicine not did doctor say to give till now. But many friends are saying they gave deworming medicine after 2yrs. Is it compulsory?

Please advise what should be the time gap between calpol syrup and meftal p syrup. I have given calpol syrup and even after 2 hrs the temp is not coming down , can I give meftal p syrup which is advised to given even if the temp doesnt come down after 1 hr of giving calpol syrup?
