If child abdomen is not tense, distended, child not vomiting, then its okay.

As the baby is active and taking feeds well u can wait and watch

give plenty of water,
give him fruits like banana chickoo etc. daily one fruit
boiled and smashed vegetables daily once
avoid buiscuits and bread and junk if baby is eating
