Constipation in 45 days old baby since 2 days, my doctor suggested to give colic acid and given the same yesterday night but still baby is facing difficulty to pass out and baby was immunized yesterday

Not passing stools for 2 days is NOT constipation. Exclusively breastfed babies may pass stools infrequently, sometimes only once in 5 to 6 days. This is completely normal and does not require any treatment. Avoid using any medications as these may have their own side effects.
If baby doesn't pass stool even after 7 days, then meet your pediatrician who will guide you with the medication.
