My son who is 18 months old is having difficulty in passing stool. Whithout medicine ( colax) he can't pass. It seems like he is having constipation and it is like 4to 5 months now. please suggest

My 16 month old child had a fever from Monday night to Friday afternoon last week (all above 100F). Antibiotics started last Wednesday, the medicine course will be completed on Tuesday. From Friday night he did not get any fever again till now. He has his 16th month vaccination - Dtap, IPV, HIB and MR scheduled on Wednesday 1st November. Is it okay for him to take his vaccination or wait for a few more days as he has just recovered. Please advise.

My twin boys are 189 days old, As per vaccination chart we met doctor for 6th month vaccination and they were administered Influvac tetra 2023 as per sticker shared by doctor . After coming home we checked the chart which states Flu 1 typhoid tcv. Does Influvac tetra 2023 includes typhoid vaccine as well or is it something different to be injected separately? Please advice.
