Hi,my baby just got his first dtp vaccination, my doc gave me to put calpol drops 1.5ml(3times), even if there is no fever, is it fine? Gap of dosage 4hrs

My baby is 35weeks preterm and now he is 10months 13days old weighs 7.6kg..he sits independently from lying positions..push him self to standing position supporting a chair or couch..tells amma acha..and a few other words like give..and what is this..like words..and points to things when we ask where it is..but till now he has not crawled in knees and has no teeth..and other kids of same age is crawling independetly..am afraid is this normal?
