Lactodex alternative
My son is 6 months old, he has vsd . Doctor suggested lactodex hmf sachet to be mixed with breast milk 3 times a day. But my milk production is reduced . unable to get even 50ml per day. Is there any alternative for lactodex or shall I use any tablets for milk production

Fever and Cold gave Maxtra
My baby is 8months old 9 kgs had a fever since morning. Gave 1.2ml paracetamol syrup in the span of 5 hrs since morning. Her temperature is still 101. Now she got severe cold with watery eyes. So instead of paracetamol I gave Maxtra 0.2ml. Her cold is ok now. But the temperature is still high. When should I give paracetamol now?
