My baby has stuffy nose and cough. ..its not reducing if give cold syrup its stuffy how to get telif this stuffy and also i gave cough syrup its not reducing,plz suggest

Good evening sir/madam, my daughter was born on sep 13th 2023, 6th week vaccination our pediatrician has given on oct 30th which is painless (hexanim vaccine ) he said to wait for 15 days to get Pcv and rotavirus vaccine also now baby has crossed 6 weeks so should I give pcv nd rotavirus first dose? On Wednesday and he said nov 30th is going to be again hexanim vaccine am not understanding usually 6th week vaccination should be completed before due but its already delayed so when will be the 10th week pcv bd rota dose pls replyyy thank you so much

Hello doc My baby was diagnosed with typhoid fever. He was on antibiotics treatment fever got reduced on 8 days and returned after two days with low grass fever 99 to 100.6. My doc told it ia normal and it will settle gradually. Iam really worried about temperature raise. Please let me know how many days it takes for temperature become normal. He was on 11 th day of antibiotic treatment.

My 7 months old daughter is doing jelly like stool from Tuesday and from tomorrow bloody mucus is coming out with the stool. She has started eating solids from 6 months. Her paediatrician suggested to give Econorm sachet 2 times for 3 days and if not cured then inform. We have started the medicine from Thursday night. Is it worrisome?

Hello Birth weight of the baby is 2.25 kg. Delivery on 36 weeks. She has reduced to 2 kgs and took 25 days for regaining the birth weight. In next 20 days she is weighing 2.80 kg. Is this normal. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Too much spit up is there.

Hello My son is 7 months old He has breastfeeding in the morning and formula milk at night (  due to less milk) Is it safe to give multivitamin supplements and iron supplements for him while having formula milk Plz rectify?
