Can we give any vaccine for preventing dengue fever in children who is Having 1 year old. If so name pls

My baby is 9months old..he has taken two doses of flu vaccine one at 7th month and one at 8th month..one of my friend told that flu vaccine is linked with autism...am afraid..is it true?

Can I give 1 ml chericof Syrup for my 9 month old son who is 8 kg in weight,since yesterday he is having continuous cough when he sleeps..pls guide how many times in a day can be given?

My 6th mo boy has fever and too much saliva oozing , crying, does not close mouth, not taking milk properly seems to have pain in mouth while taking milk. Plz advise.

Dear doctor, My baby is 2.5 years old...since yesterday suddenly he is facing cough problem..alot of cough is congested also his voice is going low so doctor suggested for nebuliser for 3 days and provide medicine imol for temprature as  azee 3.5ml, syp respicure..also there are other 2 med...but due to this he is not eating anything also he is not drinking water...now temperature is not there since 15 hrs ..in cough also slightly improved but he is not at all eating anything..he is drinking water little...urine output is 4-5 times normal...pls suggest something so that he can eat...he only like chocolate...pls help

10 month old baby boy , he is 9.5 kg weight. He doesn't had breastfeeding properly his mother had not enough of it. He was on formula milk from starting He born in 8 month and weight 2.4kg. He eat properly and his overall growth is ok. But he get cold and fever very often. He eat normally but doesn't sleep like in full 24 hours he only sleep 7 or 8 hours. In night he wake up in every hour and some day in every 30 min. He feel hot every time want full speed fan but catch cold easily. And his sleep is very weak easily disturbs. He doesn't sleep always wake up. Plz 🙏 say it is normal or not. He is playfull and crawling properly eating properly. Have 6 teeth. Suggest something so that he can relax and get proper sleep.

My baby boy is 4 month old. He doesnt sleep properly in night. He sleeps at 2 or 3 Am. He sleep at 11 pm but keep waking up in gap of half an hour sometimes take feed or keep playing and finally sleeps at 3 am. What is solution to keep baby sleep early in night?? When at what age actually baby's sleep pattern will set.
