My baby 11.5 month fell down from sofa. He got swelling on the left side of head. He look fine. He is making sound through his mouth sometimes. He is respond very late. Other than He is eating Playing not crying should I worry

Baby is 9 months old and weighs 6.7 kgs. She has running nose and doctor has prescribed zyrtec drops 7 drops twice. Is this drop to be taken orally or it is nasal drop. Please advise.

Hi my doctor has prescribed corex dx for my 2.5 month baby, earlier when he was 2months old was not taking feed properly he must have cough so gave corex 1ml 3 times a day, which was a relief, now again in 15 days baby is having this problem, gave him corex for now, will take him to doc in evening, is it safe, how can build immunity for baby? my baby is formula feed baby,He gets sick every now and then, and will medication (chemicals) at this young age will harm him?,if he has even little bit of cold and cough, I fear for pneumonia, is pneumonia asymptomatic in babies, how can u check if any such thing occurs?

Hi Doc Last week my baby was complaining about stomach ache, vomiting and loose motions. The doctor prescribed Enterogermina and colimex for her along with medicine to stop vomiting. Symptoms subsided in 4 days. But yesterday onwards again she is complaining about stomach ache and vomiting. She is very cranky nowadays. Please help. Weight- 14.3kgs Age- 3.4 years

My baby is 2 months old I was holding him in gaming chair and making him sleep unknowingly even I slept when I wake up baby was on floor lying face down crying went to doctor he told that baby is fine, His activity after fall, he wakes up drinks milks sometimes he plays and sleeps. He had little bit bleeding in his nose not sure because of fall or use of aspirator. What are the danger signs to look into? I am traumatised after the fall, not sure how was his fall He is having cold should I continue cold medicine or should I hold it for a day ?

Since Saturday night and the whole Sunday my 4 old girl has fever with 101 temperature. Later today in the noon she started itching and rashes started to appear on her legs thighs hands and the face. Please see the pics attached. Help me in knowing the reason for this.
