Mh kid 4 and half years old.one week bfr we went to Chennai. There she was very happy seeing her grandparents and she talked with them and answered most of the questions asked by them. But while starting from there till now(4 days) she is stuttering a lot. I dunno wat could be the reason . Also she is attending online speech and ot sessions. One week she didn't attend. May be she misses her grandparents or what could be the reason. Now due to her sudden stuttering she also avoids talking. For example she says ba ba ba ba ba bag. I'm so much concerned. Is there any homeopathy medicine for stuttering

My 2 hour old son is peeing 2-3 times an hour and drinking only water since last few. Is this normal

We have noticed some white spots on my daughter's tongue yesterday. She is having mild cold and throat pain due to climatic changes. We are bit worried on the white spots. Can anyone suggest the reason and medication for this. Attached the picture of her tongue
