Though we feed semi solids like sweet potato, oats banana apple carrot. 3 times formula milk feeding ,9months old and approx 7kg.

My son is 1 year 2 month old. He is 9.3 kg. He has vitamin d deficiency. Dr prescribed deksel nano 60000 iu once a week to 8 week. Today i go to the pharmacy to buy the medicine but the seller told me that why dr recommended adult dosage? I am just confused now. Can anyone suggest me is that really be a high dosage for a 1year 2 month baby?

Hi, my baby is 3 month 6 days old. Today his front soft spot accidentally get pressed. He is not having fever, vomiting. Taking feed properly. So there is no concern right? Should I check for other symptoms?
