Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor I have some questions I'd like to discuss. My babies are now 11 months old, both of them have a genetic condition (Dwarfism), which affects certain aspects of their development. One of my babies crawls on their stomach, while the other doesn't. They don't sleep much during the day, usually only 1-2 hours. They typically sleep from 10 PM to 8 AM, and their soft spot on the head has not yet closed. I'm curious about how long it takes for the soft spot to close, the typical amount of sleep for babies at this age, and when they might start walking.

Hi doctor, My child is vomiting after feeding. Throw all the milk out is it normal? As a post vaccine of 1.5 months from yesterday's midnight we are seeing this happening. Can u please suggest. They gave some paracetamol for him for fever twice a day 8 crocin drops.

Is it  normal that my 11 day  baby is pooping after every single feeding. Please suggest I am worried about it.

My daughter is suffering from itching and burning in anus from 10 and has difficulty in passing stool. She tried but could able to pass less stool with great difficulty Having problem in sleeping, been crying a lot. Applied coconut oil for mean time. What should be done for stopping the itching and burning in and around anus.

Hii, my kid has been having a cough for the last 2 day , I have given hi Alegra and Brozeet LS, he is drowsy, and sleeping currently but his heart rate has increased He doesn't have a fever. What should I do?

My baby has a cold sore on her lower lip corner. She is just 1.5 yrs old Pls suggest what can I do ??? I heard it can be dangerous or spread fast She got it from anoyh dult i believe who has it too...

My child is having fever since 4 days. Given neftal at 7.30pm. Now fever is at 102. Can we give paracetamol less than 6 hour.

My daughter 1 year got fever with mild running nose from last wed it went till 101 after administration of p100 it's subsided doc said it's viral not to worry. Friday and sat she dint have fever but developed very bad cold and cough we again visited doc yest(sat) doc said her chest is clear and gave medicines for cold. She remained less active and dull.from today evening she developed fever 101 I am afraid if it's viral or we need to do any blood test? Her heartbeat is very fast any chances of dehydration?

Hello doctors. My son is 8 months 5 days old, last checked weight is 8.25 kgs, for the last two days he has been saying no to food. He takes 3 meals and 2 milk feeds. Nan pro. From last night. He has been having severe cough. He vomited his entire night feed due to cough.. ped sent me prescription late.. couldn't buy it. And gave paracetamol 0.5 to him.. thought it would help him in his cough. I fed him again now at 3 am. Hes sleeping. What should I do in the morning. Should I go for a physical consult.. His ped prescribed mucolite drops.. the cough is so loud. And he gags whenever he coughs.

He is coughing since 7th October then I give him Relent syrup coughing stop slightly but not cure fully. But from next 11th evening his coughing slightly increased I shift to Ascoril also drop . And stop Relent syrup. Today is 10 days from 7th but coughing not gone totally . He coughs 1-2 time morning and not whole day and 1-2 times evening. What should I do? Should I give dry cough mix with wet cough syrup. Please suggest me some syrup and no sound in chest or heavy coughing ..
