My son is 2 month old, I was checking supply unknowingly a few drops of breast milk fell on my kids eyes. is it dangerous?

Hi Sir/madam My baby is having 3 months old and gas is very bad smell.formula feed 70% and 30% breast feed. Please let me know is this normal or need to visit the doctor.(40 hours he hasn't done bathroom).

My 11 month is having constipation from last 2 weeks. He is having small hard poops 5-6 times a day. I tried giving him water and also probiotics but no avail. My baby is 4 months old and did not started side turn yet. When baby was 3.5 months old start side turn for 3-4 days and after that it seems baby forget the same. Rest baby is doing good like eye contact social smile try. Always wants to stand and during tummy time good raise shoulder and head and try to go ahead during tummy time. Do I need to get worried as baby is not doing side turn.
