Child Health Issues

He fell down from chair and cried a bit time. After a minute or 2 minutes from my child nose blood came out. After cleaning the blood he is active like as before and bump on the head too. Could please let me know is it any dangers and may I know why the blood comes out. Thanks in advance

Baby of one year having leukocyte count around 30000 and CRP is 28 he is having Fever, with chills, vomiting and cough doctor has prescribed Taxim o forte, ibuprofen and some vitamin of calcium and vitamin d3 is these medicine is enough for these much Tlc or hospitalisitn needed. Hello docs.... My baby is 14 months old...When he was new born he had severe reflux issue and drs said it is normal in babies as they have underdeveloped digestive system. .. And by the age of 6 7 months he was okay and no reflux was there... But now from last one month  i mean after 13 month he is again having same issues ... Cries inconsolably mostly at ngt.... Stops eating anything.... His reflux had completely stopped after he was 7 months but from 13 month it again started..though he doesn't throw up...but I cn see he has more burps and brings something to his mouth and again swallows it back...making weird face... I cn feel.he brings some acid back... his weight is 8.5kg...birth weight 2.5kg... I had heard that ger gets subsided after babys first brthday but my baby has it again... I want to know when will my baby outgrow this problem... Do some babies need much time for outgrowing this issue... I am worried...is there any problem with my babies G.I Tract. Plzz help me...

My baby completed 6 months Birth weight -4.1 kg Weight at 5 months completion - 8.47 kg Born full term He started rolling from the age of 3.5 months. From 5th month he is practicing crawling, tries to move forward, lift his back. He can roll from back to front and front to back. But when I am trying to make him sit He is either titled on left side or right side along with his head. Or mostly bends forward He enjoys tummy time a lot , but not able to sit. I am giving him Vitamin D  daily. What is the reason? Is He is having calcium deficiency? I am attaching photos to show. Please guide

My 14 month old baby boy is achieving all his milestones as per his age but one thing I am worried about that he doesn't point to any object or ask for anything pointing towards it. I continuously try teaching him but he doesn't seems interested looking at where I point. Is it something to worry ???

We are already giving her nebulizer for livolin and budacort 3 times a day. Anything we can do to make it easier for my baby?
