Hello I have 5 months 17 days old baby boy. His birth weight and height was 2.5 kg and 48 cm. His 3 months height was 58 cm and His current weight and height are 8 kg and 63 cm respectively. Is the current height as per the height range as per his age or is shorter?

Weight is good just above 50th centile. At birth, weight was a little low. Height was above 97th centile at birth but now is less. This is very confusing. Please visit a pediatrician for check up. Head size is also needed
