3 months baby having ringworm on hand
My baby of 3 months has a rash on his hand , which appears to be a ringworm. Our consulting pediatrician said that it is just a dry patch. However, it is not reducing the application of moisturisers and coconut oil.  I am attaching the photo here. Please suggest a ringworm cream which I can apply.
