My baby is 4 months old. Doctor has prescribed colicaid drops three times a day for colic pain . Is it safe and How long can it be given continuously?

Hi doctor, my baby is 3 month old. His birth weight is 3.3 kg and current weight is 5.8 kg. Is it normal? What should I do to increase weight? On 25th October his weight was 5.3 kg so in 1 month month je gain only 500 gm.
