Child Health Issues

My baby born weight was 3100 gm. After 5 days it reduced to 2830gm. Today is his 26th day. He is now 3250grm. Is this normal? I'm exclusively breast feeding every 2-3 hours. He is passing 8-10times urine daily and pooping 3-4 times daily. He is visibly increased height also.

My daughter 4month old cold&cough Dr prescribed amoxyclav 91.4 8drops tid ,ascoril flu 8drop tid &Salina. For 5 days After 2day baby have loose motion after giving every  medicine doses Dr prescribed super flora Bb 5 pkt for 5days  sachet 1pkt given .but  again loose  motion come every dosage giving   not treated what can I do plz help me plz say any solution

Hi - Our baby is 5 month preterm baby, we are started giving nestum rice for past 1 month, we suddenly see there is a severe diarrhea on the baby, and we did stool test and there is no bacterial infection. One of the doctor prescribed to give only Zinc Z&D. for 2 weeks, will this cure this diarrhea problem, Also do we need to stop giving Nestum rice for the baby?

My son is 4 months 20 days old..he never makes eye contact when held or during breastfeeding.But will make occasional eye contact while lying on bed.He occasionally responds to my voice and turns in direction of sound.but if he is playing with some toy he does not look towards other toy or sound.He has not started cooing or babbling also. When he was 2 months old he started cooing but has stopped since 3.5 months of age..He smiles  and also follows objects and grabs toys..is this normal??is there a developmental delay or any underlying issue??should I wait or is there some problem?when can I expect him to start making sounds?pls guide

Hi , my baby 1 month 20 days old sometimes he is doing foam yellow poop. Till now he did it for 3 to 4 times. Daily he is doing watery poop 3 to 4 times in a day. I am feeding him from 1 breast at time till it get empty. Plz suggest is it normal?

My 6 mo old boy is passing mucus bloody stool, one tooth is also seems to be appeared. We have changed formula milk from no. 1 to 2 of same brand. We dint use cows or buffalo milk. We have started moong n rice carlac, rice soup, banana , daal soup . We consulted Dr he administered vit k inj, antibiotics, probiotic, anti rash and antiseptic cream, gel for teeth itching. Problem got solved but reoccur after 17 days . In latter case before bloody stool 2days earlier he got fever we gave paracetamol. Plz advise and trll reason behind this.
