7 month old baby poop darker. Fed her only milk and khichdi a day before. pic attached pls suggest. Is it some cause of conern

My baby is 6 months old. While rolling over he came out of the baby mat and hit his side head on the floor. I was able to hear the sound of hitting.. I rubbed the area immediately he cried first and then got calmed.. He behaves normally and playing again. But there is mild redness on his side head where he got hit. Please advise what to do. I am worried whether it has caused any internal injury?!

Baby is 2.5 month old. Yesterday he had vaccination. At evening i gave paracetamol at 7 pm and after that today in morning at 6.30 am. Yesterday at night temperature was normal. But within 3 to 4 hrs he got fever. Maine medicine bahot late di kya? Temperature was 99.5 in the morning. I am worried.

Hello doc..!! Current weight-10.4 kg Teeth update- Already have 8 teeth & Molar erupting. My baby is 15 month old & recently I started giving him soft food like… roti dipped in milk, soft pancakes. Till now he used to eat lumpy consistency mashed or something blended food. I want to do this transition from purée to solid food. I know I am very late in this. My concern is .. he still doesn’t chew, he roll it with his tongue, soften it, break it & then swallow. What all things I need to do ???
