My baby (3 years old) got fever last night, 101, paracetamol brought down the fever. There was no fever all day today. But now I suddenly noticed that there are so many spots on his body. What are these? And what should I do now?

Kid having stomach pain and extreme smelly loose stools. Doctor initial prescribed calpol 250 for pain but later stools started. Shall i give zinc 5ml right away? Shall i start giving zifi 3.5 ml twice a day? Already giving ORS. Having fever 103 which does not comes down and require cold water soaks. Is it ok to give tufpro too?

My question here is, Are government vaccinations good, effective and enough? Or should I go for a private vaccination?

Hi, my daughter is 13 months old (11kg) and loves drinking tender coconut water. She finishes one bottle (240ml) in one go. Can I give coconut water to her daily? Does it have any harm if consumed daily by a baby? Pls advise.

Fever started 5 days ago with cough and runny nose,done blood test on 2nd day CRP was 24 and fever occurence for every 4 hrs after taking pacimol mf syrup.done test again on 4th day CRP is 20,now IV given ceftriaxone and tabolactum for two days,now getting fever for every 8 hrs.total 5 days completed yet not recovered fully.cough still exists and as he is toddler not able to spit out phlegm while coughing.same situation repeated 8 months ago,at that time fever lasts for two weeks total body checkup done, nothing found.Any possible suggestions, Medicine,Advices. Hi myself kamalakar my daughter 21months old age fever from since 5days.platetes count  reached 724000. We gave treatement . After treatment no fever ,no rashes ,no redness eyes ,no complications in breathing,baby passes urine normally and motion normally is this normal or anything serious.any need to take heart scan.please suggest me.
