My child having fever.he is having fever after he is feeling cold from last 3 days.what should I do..

Avoid cold fluids or food intake Check body temperature Give Maxtra P 3.5ml thrice daily for 3 days. Nasoclear nasal spray 4-6 times daily for 3 days For any further advice kindly connect online.
