My son is 18 months old and has a head circumference of 45.
Doctor said it's slightly high and can be a sign of nutrition deficiency. Is this something to worry about?
He has reached milestones on time. He can speak about 10 words but still cannot speak sentences.

My 2.5 month old baby is having cold, as per doctor suggestion have given her kufeil-ls syrup in morning and evening, he feels a bit warm to touch, have checked temp it is 98.9, can i give him paracetamol in night?
