Child Health Issues

My daughter is 4 days old having a red spot on diaper with urine. It is normal or not? Kindly reply it.

Due to some  confusion....instead of 2 times i gave maxtra hs drops 3 times for 4.5 month old  ...... around 6.00 am 0.3ml noon at 12.30 .4ml and around 7.30 4ml ....is there any side effect??0.4ml was prescribed by doc after visit.

My 1.5 month old baby was given the vaccine at 8pm today and he's crying a lot now. He has also vomited once. He has also been given medicine for fever. Is this reaction normal?

My baby is 7 months old ans he passed hard stool today which was black on the outside but when o break it - it's green , orange and brown on the inside . He did not poop for a day . Started solid a month back and is on iron drops but i did not give him Iron drops yesterday . He is always constipated and cries while he poops . Is it concerning ??

Respected doctors... My baby was diagnosed with bilateral pelviectasis...during anamoly scan. After one month in during growth scan...it has became normal some how range between 5.1mm and 5.6mm... Now the baby is 7 days old...the baby is urinating 5 to 6 times a day ...and it is passing motion normally...and the baby is not crying during urination.. Even the pediatrician also advised to get scanning of KUB MY QUESTION IS 1.Is this 5 to 6 urination is NORMAL? 2.how many times does the baby of 7 days should urinate...? Baby is fine in all aspects...kindly suggest
