My son is currently two years old and is no longer breastfed. His feeding is done through formulated milk and solid foods appropriate for his age. Despite having a proper diet, he faces difficulty sleeping at night. The main problem is that he has developed a strong habit of sleeping only when the cradle is moving. Without the cradle movement, he does not fall asleep even for fifteen minutes.
During the daytime, he usually sleeps for around three hours. However, at night the situation becomes difficult for the family. To make him sleep, we have to continuously move the cradle. Initially, he sleeps when the cradle is rocked, but the problem is that he wakes up very frequently. Approximately every fifteen minutes the cradle has to be moved again; otherwise, he wakes up and becomes restless or irritated. This causes disturbance not only for the child but also for the parents because someone has to remain awake to keep rocking the cradle.
Because of this issue, I consulted several doctors.

The situation described is a classic case of a sleep association. At two years old, the child has linked the physical sensation of motion (the rocking cradle) with the ability to fall asleep. When he enters a light sleep cycle every 15–20 minutes and notices the motion has stopped, he cannot self-soothe back to sleep.
It's normal only as the age progress it will become alright
