Hi Doctor, I need a help ! I have faced shortness of breath(mildly)all of a sudden, so I decided to quit smoking. after quitting smoke, the shortness of breath was not there for around 10 days, after that in the second week mark after quitting, shortness of breath arises suddenly... Please do let me know... And what are the home remedies for it...

Breathing problm Male, 26year,lean physic, but protruding belly I have breathing problem from 6 months. Actually it is present the whole  day and daily. when i goto bed usually 2 hrs after dinner, after getting into sleep, suddenly i wake up exactly after 20 mins with breathlessness and feeling of my throat is narrowing,after that i drink one glass water and relax for 2 mins.. Then i can easily sleep till morning. Again in the morning i will feel  discomfort(not pain) in upper chest region and weird taste and also dry mouth and because of that i get up.some times i also do teeth clenching in sleep. when ever i have food(lunch /dinner) it worsens a lot. While having food,uncomfortable in stomach, chest and breath prob increases . If i go and lie back  for some time it goes away. If i have alcohol, the next day the symptoms is very difficult to breath and also eat. When sitting position it is more prominent and i feel tightness in chest and stomach wen sitting. I daily walk for 4kms.

I am suffering from wheezing and also dust allergy my PFT results shows restrictive AIRWAYS I am taking maxiflo 250mg rotocaps inhalers but sometimes mild wheezing still there is the medication ok or to change

I am an Asthma patient and have been facing the issue of chest pain since many days. The pain is not major but sometimes it does cause the pressure while breathing. Yesterday night while sleeping it did made me feel uncomfortable and I had to get up and sit for sometime. Also, I am having difficulty sleeping towards the sides and have to lie down straight. The pain occurs at different areas of the chest (like sometimes it occurs at the center of the chest, sometimes towards left or right or at the upper side). I am also facing the issue of constipation and gastritis and really not sure if that is causing the chest pain. I am also having sore throat for more than 15-20 days and again don't know the reason behind it. Are these the possible causes of COVID? I am not having fever or cough. Kindly advise.

As prescribed by the doctor I was taking Foracort 400 inhaler twice a day. But its not helping in improvement rather making it worse. I m practicing pranayam, its helping little bit, infact no attack like feelings when i m completely avoiding foracort 400, though problems persisting. Steam inhalation is also helping. What should I do i m confused?

From past 20 days i have feeling problem in deep breathing while sometime it was ok but pain goes to back while deep breath. I consult a gastro because i have pain in stomach he said it is because of stomach lining inflammation kindly gave me the answer

Iam suffering with persistent and dry cough from past 3-4 days now. The frequency has gone down however I feel congestion and strain breathing especially when I lie down. Also there is post natal drip. I have a history of broncitis ( teens year)but I did not get this test done in past 15 years. What is the issue? Why is it suddenly happening? Can it be cured via OTC meds considering the lockdown situation? Please help.

I'm having pain in my chest middle area. My BP is 181/92. Not able to sleep, having bad headache. I had taken a sleep medication and Nebivoil for Bp around 8pm, but not able to sleep and Bp is still high. With this uneasiness, I request your advice in this urgent situation
