Tuberculosis abdominal
Hello sir recently my cect scan done. I attached report. In usg mass is seen so cect is advisable.I have past history of tuberculosis and treatment was taken from September 2018to August 2019. That time my pulmonologist said TB is cure permanently but now again due to cect scan report my tb treatment started by doctor and he said you have lymph nodes tuberculosis. I want to know is it really TB or anything else because I have taken TB medicine from last 6 days but no side effects shown no weight lose like before. Is it medicine working or not. I am worried. My esr is 15.

Based on above reports it seems to be tubercular. Some more information is needed to answer your questions like ..earlier was is pulmonary tb or lymph node TB. Any description of current symptoms . ESR is non specific investigation for TB it has no value in TB diagnosis
