Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir/mam, I am experiencing a tingling or shock like one in my breasts alternately it lasts for 2 or 3 min and again after sometime it occurs in other breast can u please help me. Is it a big issue

I m feeling shortness of breath when i m hungry. when stomach is full everything is normal. what could b the reason ?

Hi from last almost 2 months i feel difficulty in taking long breaths, espically in the morning after waking up and flu like symptoms from last 20 days blocked nose for which i have taken Montek LC for 20 days but it won't helped..  Also i am feeling cough like sensation in my chest from last 3-4 days but cough is not coming. No sore throat or fever. What should i do. I would like to mention that i have gastric issues from quite a long time.

I am taking medicine for stomach tuberculosis. It's been nine month,but my doctor (pulmonologist) told me that in case of stomach t.b I have to take medicine for at least 1 year or there is a possibility of MDR. Is it true?

Past 2days suddenly start feeling discomfort in breathing. Not whole day but some times. Specially after eating any thing in after noon and in night. I don't understand why this happen? Feeling difficulty in breath in .have pain in shoulder. Past 2days she had started Zumba excercise and the very next day feeling shoulder pain and breathing discomfort.

My "Sarcoidosis" treatment was running in full fledged manner for more than 3 & 1/2 years at a time from 27th January, 2014 to 30th September, 2017 as directed by CMC Specialist and thereafter reducing gradually the medication on my own and make its end by 31st March, 2018 with feeling comfort myself. But since last January of 2020, I'm feeling a little bit hindrance in my breathing system which is day to day increased on increase of my work load and finally consult local physician and done CT THORAX SCAN on 7th May, 2020 on the basis of which my local doctor suggested for referral to Dr. Raheesh Ravindran who had diagnosed me first at CMC-Vellore on 27th January, 2014. Hence, I need online medical consultation with Dr. Raheesh Ravindran immediately. So please help me.

I am feeling uneasy since morning. I am not able inhale fully and nose and throat is dry. Infact nose is quite dry. I was feeling feverish in the day but temperature recorded 97.6. punching pain in chest and back as well.

I have been diagnosed with hypertension and anxiety in January 2020 and I am on medication since then .since last 20 days I started feeling shortness of breath and lot of mucus is forming though I don't have fever , cough or body pain. Need your suggestions to get rid of this

In 2016 i had breathing problem , doctor's told me that it's due to allergy, from past year i am being suffering from breathing problem every week but from last few months it's has become common, & from last 2 days i am having persistent mild breathing problem , recently i took anxiety & depression tablets , my weight has been increased to 81 according to BMI it should be around 64 !! what to do ???
