Chest & Breathing Problems

Gas in chest, bp suger and tb medicine 4 week please suggestion , telma am and glycomet sr and ecosprin av

Stayed home last 45 days. Feeling slightly breathlessness and also some times feel little like gas voice in chest and ear while pressing. Used Sampraz 40 but not found good response. Only have 20% breathlessness issue. Also feeling fatique(Kamzori). Pls advice me what to be done. Having Fatti Lever.

While at sleep especially when trying to get into deep sleep I am feeling shortness of breath almost like getting an attack and I suddenly wakeup. This is causing sleep disturbances and worrying me. Not getting sufficient sleep at night. I don't have any other symptoms, except slight nasal congestion. Pls suggest.

Some days ago I consult a doctor who was cardiologist of my problem of pain in chest and stomach when I sleep I feels more pain and there was a minimum pain every time so he gave me medicine by this I feels less pain but I can feel the some pain in stomach,now when I breathe my brain spinning and streaching in legs

I have been facing panic attacks since a few days because of Covid-19. I don't have any respiratory systems and no fever but i have been really scared about it and i am experiencing chest pain and it feels like i am not able to catch my breath at times. So is this normal i want to know. Does this happen because of anxiety panic fear and overthinking because i have been really really stressing about it since few days. Please help.
