Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been feeling pain in my chest in both right and left side but these days its more towards my left side also my left and right hands pain as well and my neck and sometimes once in three four days i feel Breathlessness. What shouls i do for this.

I feel difficulty in breathing. Fell like suffocation.i feel that appropriate amount of air is not reaching to my lungs. I have no fever and cough.it occurring since 7 days. My pulse rate remains normally fast(around 90). How can be it cured?

मौसम चेंज होने पर मुझे एलर्जी की समस्या पिछले कई सालों से है।पिछले डेढ़ महीने से मुझे गला खराब होने एवं सुबह छींक आने की परेशानी से जूझ रहा हूं इस संबंध में मैं कई बार एंटीबायोटिक( agithromicin Amoxicillin)भी ले चुका हूं और एंटी हिस्टामिन भी इसके साथ ले रहा हूं लेकिन दवाइयों के लेने तक असर रहता है उसके बाद सिम्टम्स दोबारा शुरू हो जाते हैं जैसे गला खराब होना सुबह उठते वक्त उड़ते समय छींक आना आदि। यदि ट्रीटमेंट बंद कर दिया जाए तो कंडीशन खराब होने लगती है ब्रीथिंग प्रॉब्लम होने लगती है और गला बहुत ज्यादा खराब होने लग जाता है कृपया उचित समाधान बताएं

Feeling chest heaviness and difficulty in breathing... Already asthma patient Rotacaps and montair LC not working Please advice

I have been taking Tab Monticope A ( Montelukast,levocitrizine,ambroxol ) for cough and sneezing since 1 week along with irritation in nose. I have some relief by medicine but after some time problem starts . Please suggest some solution.

I have been suffering from severe cough for almost 3 weeks. Yes , atleast 20 days. I have done nebulizer, stream, gargling etc. The cough is severe at night. I get mild yellow sputum. When I get coughs, it's severe and I feel breathlessness (it's very hard to even sit). No fever, no other signs of covid19. It's just severe cough and makes breathing very hard. No travel history or exposure to anyone. No fever or bodypain. Please help

Facing problem in swallowing the food. Breathless & lower back aches. Unable to stand for longer time.

From past 15 days, I had intermittent throat irritation and now I feel that mucus is going down from my throat to chest , while eating is fine, after that again feels mucus is going to chest. I have no cough cold Nd fever. I feel slight pain in the chest in the middle. Please advise

So from past few weeks, i sometimes feel i am getting short of breath once in a day, which happens for a min or so with rapid pulse and then goes away. I have chest tightness also that is mostly feel while taking a deep breath..but no cough and fever. I got my chest xray. Please advise if it is fine and if i am facing some panic attacks. In between i also faced gerd issues, food stuck in throat and chest feeling... ecg is normal. This is making me very anxious and hypochondriac.

Is my xray normal?i have been suffering from constant phlegm and cough going and coming .and swollen lymph in nodes...
