Shortness of breath
I feel shortness of breath for some days since last two months.its not continuous but I feel for 3-4days
After doing yoga and some exercise i feel better.i used to take telma 40 for BP
That I stopped taking once I started doing yoga beacuse my bp was coming in control
Pl.advise what cam be reason

Breathlessness can be because of wide range of causes including anxiety.
As you have Hypertension and stopped meds, i recommend consulting a physician/pulmonologist for further evaluation

It could be hypertension and anxiety related which would be causing such a problem.
